Abstract EN

This study dealt with an important issue related to the variables that occur in diplomatic relations, despite the critical importance of permanent diplomatic representation in achieving the interests of states, but sometimes this relationship is subject to variables that are often considered a reflection of the crisis experienced by relations between states.

In this context, it can be said that the changes that occur in diplomatic relations vary in terms of their danger or effects on the relations between the sending and receiving countries.

Therefore, this topic is considered one of the topics of importance and sensitivity in the field of diplomatic relations, and despite this importance, we find that the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations did not address in detail the changes that occur in diplomatic relations, especially the severing of diplomatic relations, nor did it address in detail the effects of these variables.
