This research seeks to examine the impact of the environment of the political system and the extent of political maturity on increasing the performance and effectiveness of research and studies centers in the political field, and to discuss the most important reasons that led to the political success of American research centers based on the same factors mentioned previously, so that research centers achieve American studies have a prominent position at the national and local level whit a total of 3081 centers distributed in north America, which reflects the prominent political role that American research and studies centers have succeeded in breaking to work alongside the government in various issues of local and international concern, in order to reach the goal of the research, it is necessary to analyse those factors that made the deference between research and studies centers in the united states of America and the world.
