English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the political Jurisprudence of Aldarini, showing in its fields the most important aspects of his scientific, practical, and intellectual life.

Also, it shows his methodology in the political legislation and all related aspects, especially these are related to the Imamate, governance and the inauguration of the Caliph as well as issues of Islamic political legislation which takes full care of promoting growth and prosperity on earth as well as the politics of the world and religion, through the descriptive and inductive approach.

The study contains five chapters; an introduction, and conclusion.

The first chapter consists of the literature of the study, an introduction, the problem of the study, the importance of the study, the objectives, the previous studies, research methodology, and the structure of the study.

The second chapter discusses Aldarini's life, pedigree, upbringing, scientific qualifications, impact, writings, contributions, and his death.

The third chapter discusses Adarini and his Jurisprudence of Imamate and other related conditions about it among the Sunnis (The followers of Alsunna and Algamaa).

Chapter four discusses the (Shura) concept from Aldarini's point of view and other Jurists.

The chapter five discusses the international relations and treaties, and the state sovereignty in its international relations, and the sanctity of these relations.

The study ends up with the significant findings and prominent recommendations.
