Control is one of the means that the state uses to achieve its goals ،in cooperation with persons of private law ،whether national or foreign.

therefore ،arbitration is a means to resolve disputes that arise from the administrative contracts of the French project.

arbitration is permitted in law1906/4/17.

article 69it permits the state and the province to resort to arbitration1906/4/17 ،as well as the possibility of arbitration in international contracts and agreements concluded between states either the Egyptian project has allowed arbitration to settle .administrative contract disputes regarding the promulgation of law no.

(8) of 1998.

as for the Iraqi project ،it was not regulated in arbitration issuesin an independent law.

rather ،chapter two of the civil procedure law no.

(83) of 1969 was allocated to it.

as for the Sudanese project ،the Sudanese arbitration law for the year 2005 ad does not have an explicit provision authorizing arbitration in administrative contracts.

rather ،this law specified arbitration in disputes of a civil nature.

however ،article (3) thereof and article (31) of the national investment law of 2013 have authorized resorting to arbitration in administrative contract disputes ،except that this permission did not explicitly come as did the Egyptian project and the Iraqi project.
