Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to uncover the relationship between administrative transparency and job satisfaction among middle school teachers in Abha city.

the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire formed was used as a study tool.

the research was applied in the second semester of 2014 ad.

Abha with (975) teachers, and a random sample of (75) teachers was selected.

several results were reached, the most important of which was that the extent of commitment to practicing administrative transparency in middle schools in Abha city was high, and the job satisfaction of middle school teachers in the city Abha about administrative transparency in their work came with a moderate degree, and there is also a direct statistically significant relationship between administrative transparency and job satisfaction among middle school teachers in Abha.

among the most important recommendations were the necessity to consolidate integrity and transparency practices to become a usual and expected behavior of everyone, by adopting systems and laws for accountability and accountability in schools, and applying them fairly and objectively among all teachers, in addition to encouraging school principals to change and update their administrative methods to be more clear.

in a way that contributes to achieving a high degree of smooth flow of information and administrative decisions in a way that serves the educational-learning process and helps to achieve job satisfaction for teachers.
