معوقات توظيف التعليم و التعلم عن بعد في مدارس التعليم الديني التابعة لديوان الوقف السني في العراق في أثناء تفشي جائحة كورنا (كوفيد-19)‎ من وجهة نظر المدرسين : دراسة حالة

Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the obstacles that prevented educational institutions in the Department of Religious Education of the Sunni Endowment in Iraq during the precautionary period of the crisis caused by the spread of the new Corona virus pandemic in the country from continuing to provide their primary educational services to their beneficiaries in the virtual environment according to the strategy of distance teaching and learning, and with the help of the services, applications, networks and resources of information and communication technology related to the methodology of distance, mobile and network teaching and learning, from the point of view of teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to identify the obstacles and to measure the impact of each one.

The obstacles covered three domains, the logistic, academic and administrative fields.

Furthermore, to show if there are impact of some independent variables (gender- specialization- educational qualification) at the significance level (a < 0.05).

The study sample included 200 teachers and the study tool (The questionnaire) was distributed in the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020 AD.

Data , which was collected and analyzed statistically, showed that the obstacles in their three domains have a very large degree of impact, as the teachers gave a “high” approval to all the influencing factors listed within the three domains, and the administrative obstacles got the highest averages with a “very large” impact degree followed by the academic obstacles with a “very large” effect and then the logistical obstacle, with a degree of “significant” effect.

The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant effect at the significance level (a<0.01) for the gender-specialization variables.

The study came out with a number of recommendations.
