Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the territorial integrity requirements as one of the most important rights of the state within the international community according to the international law, regardless its membership in United Nation or not, so that any interference in the internal affairs of states considered a violation of its political independence, and the international law, which makes it an international crime.

This study concluded that the requirements of the contemporary international community approved a number of exceptions that effect this right by considering the supreme interests of humanity.
