Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight the design thinking as a new approach to public policy governance by providing countries and governments with innovative ways and technologies to address contemporary challenges of different interrelated economic, social and cultural patterns.

This approach also provides an innovative model for solving more restrictive problems by focusing on the citizen or the individual as a "user" involved in finding solutions to its various and constantly evolving problems in accordance with a gradual process of the incubator environment to participate in decision-making.

Design thinking seeks to motivate creative thinking in policy-making and decision-making rather than adapting to traditional methods in order to govern this process and to enable decision makers to adopt models and models that simulate private sector experiences.

The use of social problems needs to be properly framed from the outset as a necessary condition for drafting stages Policies, development, adoption and implementation.
