The tourism sector is one of the most reliable sectors to contribute to economic growth and thus achieve the desired economic and social development, given the large financial returns that the sector can provide in the medium and long term and according to the opportunities it provides for wealth creation and alleviation of many economic and social problems.

From this standpoint, Algeria, by virtue of its availability on a set of natural and geographical, historical and archaeological elements, followed with determination and steadfastness towards the development of the tourism sector, promoting it and investing in it, and making it alongside the leading areas in achieving local development, by setting standards and a strategy represented in the guiding plan for the preparation tourism in early 2030.
