Our field study seeks to identify the type of relationship that combines culture with Social act, because of the importance of the topic and considering that its impact is significant and profound on the cohesion of the institution and the achievement of its objectives.

We note that we have approached the establishment of university services for girls in the state of "Bouira", to select a stratified random sample whose vocabulary amounted to 38 officer.

For the purpose of applying the questionnaire tool and with it statistical methods such as calculating percentages, calculating correlation coefficients for the study variables (association coefficient and agreement coefficient).

Where were the results reached, namely, the existence of a weak direct relationship between the variables of socially inherited and organizationally acquired values through the processes of building trust, relationships and solidarity within the workplace.
