The study aimed to identify the impact of learning organization dimensions in achieving organizational creativity from the point of view the employees of Sonelgaz Company for Electricity and Gas distribution - Jijel branch, where the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and for the purpose of collecting information, the study tool was designed based on the (DLOQ) scale of (Marsick& Watkins) for the dimensions of learning organization, which Some modifications were made to it to suit the study environment, and by using the simple random sampling method, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 65 employees of Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Jijel Branch -, and to achieve the research objectives and data analysis, the statistical system Spss25 was relied on.

This study concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant effect of the dimensions (personal empowerment and strategic leadership) of the learning organization in achieving organizational creativity in Sonelgaz for Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Jijel Branch - at the level of significance (0.

Based on these results, a set of suggestions were presented to enhance the dimensions of application of learning organization at Sonelgaz company, by risingthe level of application of the dimension of continuous learning and joint system.
