has become a topic of interest of the international society, this has led to the focus on the woman human rights and allowing has for haoig all her rights chief among them the social rights, the latter represent the solid basis which pews the way for having other rights.

Accordingly Algeria in comparison to other countries has set a collection of legal texts “provisions” which acknowledge the woman's right of education in all levels, in addition to, these set laws assure the woman's right of free health care, however there is a low indicator of social rights that woman should haw, as such, there is a huge gap between the set laws and reality.
