Sustainable rural development in normal cases and in light of the emerging Corona virus pandemic, countries and regional groups in particular are facing great challenges on several levels, as they have to control the spread of the virus, monitor the capacity of the health care sector, support their communities by providing services in a different way, and support local businesses, all of this In addition to the decline in government revenues and economic difficulties, this study aims to search for ways of local development in the most backward areas in the country's territory, and what is required for the intervention of regional groups to bring about a radical change in the reality of rural society, especially since Algeria has committed itself in its development programs to achieving the dimensions of sustainable local development.
