The professor Qassoum Abdel-Razzaq (1939-) is still faithful to the line of thought and reform trend drawn up by the association of Algerian Muslim scientists, that was founded in 1931, believing that devoting and defending him by word and pen, remains the most correct path, and the safest approach to ensuring its continuity and achieving its goals and objectives.

the professor did not depart from this line, at this writing, especially after he took over the presidency in 2011, where he remained- and still is-the method of preaching, counseling, and guidance, and cultivating the values of the national spirit in the souls, framing his thinking and his behavior.

this is what we stand for in his various writings and works that reflect his awareness of the issues and crises of his homeland and his nation.
