The present Mzab city has a long history, so archaeological excavations in the region indicate that man lived from the stone ages, which later led to the establishment of palaces and cities that do not differ much in their livelihood, she was able to participate in the civilized construction even though she has a strategic location and is a remote isolated area, playing the celibate council has an important role in restoring justice, organizing society, and spreading calm in the present, and making it historic stations that participated in making the history of Algeria, it begins with the transformation of their social life from the Bedouins to the urban areas and the beginning of the establishment of the first villages of Mzab in accordance with customary systems and laws that contributed to their organization despite the fact that the region received many expatriates, especially in the famous modernity when the slaves came to Tahrir and their position on the crusades on the coasts of Algeria and their association with the Ottoman caliphate and stand for their multifaceted contribution to the national movement.
