The study aims knowing the contribution of Gratitude in predicting post-traumatic growth in breast cancer patients.

The most important findings were follows: -The level of Gratitude is high and the level of post-traumatic growth is medium.

-There are statistically significant differences between breast cancer patient in the Gratitude and the differences in favor of married women -The ence of statistically significant differences in post-traumatic growth relating to the variable (married, unmarried).

-There is a statistically significant positive correlation between Gratitude and post-traumatic growth- Gratitude has predicted 20% of post-traumatic growth.
