Abstract EN

Identity is basically linked to a set of common and inherited values in various fields, adopted and defended by society, as it is determined in an important aspect by the values of loyalty and belonging to the state.

In this study, we have tried to address the various dimensions of national identity, and to take note of this issue, especially with the transformation witnessed by the ladder of values internally and externally.

This study aims mainly to identify the most prominent factors that affect the issue of identity in Algeria, and to show its effects and various repercussions, especially with the encroachment of globalization and in the era of open skies and the decline of areas covered by national sovereignty, and in the light of all this we will try to diagnose the problem of identity in Algeria with a focus on the youth group.
