The dialysis patients representations of the kidney transplant oscillating between the wish of change which puts end to their dependence to the dialysis machine, and the fear to acquire their autonomy.

This work will focus on the presentation of a clinical case (clinical interview, rorschach protocol and TAT protocol) of a 40 year old dialysis patient, in order to understand the fantasmatic experience of transplantation in this patient, and to predict the incorporation of the graft or its rejection in case of real anatomical transplant.
