Besides, it enjoys professional competence and technical expertise in financial investment and the employment and management of securities portfolios.

Nevertheless, they were not able to reach this end, as the Algerian Stock Exchange suffers from a recession due to several reasons which have lead to a crisis of confidence in this market.
