Electronic signature is a modern term on civil law, which has prompted many legislations to issue laws to regulate electronic signature to promote it to a means of proof, like others.

Whereas, this method has been adopted by all legislations, including the Algerian legislation as a legal proof method in transactions, contracts and electronic commerce, and the Algerian legislator has organized this method by amending the civil law and issuing a special law for electronic signature and certification to keep pace with the emergent developments in the field of trade and commercial transactions.

And the electronic signature must fulfill some of the conditions for the site, the electronic medium, and the other client, so that the transaction is secure for all parties.
