The study which falls within the field of Sociology and Communication, aims to identify the knowledge society through its positioning between the reality of the public service and the requirements of digital transformations by highlighting the electronic application BradiMob, which is among the new digital interaction mechanisms and systems that govern the bet of transformation into a knowledge society, and what is required by technological developments and radical transformations in methods The public life of individuals and bringing about change at the level of different systems and institutions, by revealing its reality and its role in providing, improving and promoting electronic public services and achieving real-time communication between the institution and the public, A survey approach was adopted and a content analysis tool was used to describe the content of comments from users of this application.

The study showed that this type of electronic application still knows a kind of shortcoming and fluctuation in effectiveness due to the ence of dynamism and the lack of capabilities that must be available, which may obstruct the path of that change and transformation.
