لقد أوجدت التكنولوجيا الحديثة الكثير من التقنيات التي سهلت حاجات أفراد المجتمع الجزائري خاصة مستخدمي شبكة الإنترنت للحصول على المعلومات مما خلق بيئة جديدة و عملية، إلا أنها أوجدت معايشة حرجة لأفراد هذا العالم الافتراضي من خلال صور الصراع النفسي-الاجتماعي الذي تولد عنه تغيير العلاقات و النظم و السياسات بإرادة من الأفراد و تجاوب منهم.
و يهدف هذا العمل إلى توضيح واقع العالم الافتراضي لدى الفرد الجزائري و المتأرجح بين الحاجة و الصراع النفسي الاجتماعي من خلال القيام بدراسة تحليلية ذات ملمح نفسي اجتماعي، حيث بعد تناول المعطيات النظرية و إخضاعها للفحص و التحليل و المناقشة، بينت النتائج وجود العديد من المؤشرات التي تعكس التأرجح بين الحاجة لهذا العالم الرقمي وفي نفس الوقت معايشة حقيقية لصراع كبير يأخذ في بداياته ملمح نفسي-اجتماعي معتديا على الخصوصية الفردية و الاجتماعية.

Abstract EN
Modern technology has created many techniques that have facilitated the needs of Algerian society, especially Internet users to obtain information which created a more practical environment.
But it created a critical lived for the members of this virtual world through the psycho-social conflict, which has led to changing relationships, systems and policies.
The aim of this work is to clarify the reality of the virtual world in Algerian society between need and psychosocial conflict.
the results showed the existence of many indicators that reflect the oscillation between the need for this world and at the same time the real experience of a major conflict that begins with a psycho-social profile.
