Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى أداء مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية و مساعديهم.
و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و قد طبقت على عينة قوامها (412) من مديري المدارس الحكومية و مساعديهم بدولة الكويت.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقييم مستوى أداء مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية و مساعديهم جاء مرتفعا في جميع مجالات الدراسة.
و أظهرت الدراسة أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على الدرجة الكلية في تقديرات مديري المدارس الحكومية و مساعديهم لدرجة تقييم مستوى أداء.
مديري المناطق التعليمية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و المؤهل العلمي و المرحلة التعليمية.
في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على الدرجة الكلية في تقديرات مديري المدارس الحكومية و مساعديهم لدرجة تقييم مستوى أداء مديري المناطق التعليمية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة و لصالح ذوي مستوى الخبرة (أقل من 5).
و في ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسة فإن الباحث يوصي الاستمرار في رفع الكفاءة المهنية لمديري المناطق التعليمية، و يتم ذلك بعقد دورات تدريبية خارجية و داخلية لمواكبة كل جديد في علم الإدارة التربوية.
English Abstract
The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of school district principals in Kuwait from the point of view of the principals and their assistants.
To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive survey method was used through the development of a questionnaire that has been verified.
The sample included (412) principals of public schools and their assistants in the State of Kuwait.
The results of the study showed that the degree of evaluation of the performance of school district managers in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the principals and their assistants was high in all areas of study.
The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences on the overall score in the estimates of government school principals and their assistants to the point of assessing the level of performance of principals of educational regions due to gender, educational qualification, and educational stage variables.
While the results showed that there were statistically significant differences on the total score in the estimates of government school principals and their assistants to the point of assessing the level of performance of the principals of schools due to the variable of experience and in favor of those with experience level (less than 5).
The researcher recommends continuing to raise the professional competence of the managers of educational areas, and this is held by holding external and internal training courses to keep abreast of all new in the science of educational management.
