هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين فيها.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير أداة للدراسة لجمع البيانات و تحليلها من أجل التعرف على واقع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين فيها.
تألفت أداة الدراسة من (81) فقرة موزعة على ثماني مجالات لمعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة، و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين، و تألفت عينة الدراسة من (215) عضو هيئة تدريس.
و توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها : أن المستوى العام لتصورات عينة الدراسة نحو واقـع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في جامعة الكويت قد جاء بمستوى متوسط.
كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تصوريات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو المستوى الكلي لواقع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في للأبعاد ككل، باختلاف متغير الجنس والخبرة العملية والتخصص العلمي.
وتوصي الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها، تشجيع العاملين في الجامعة على تقديم الأفكار الجديدة لدعم اسس تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، و تشجيعهم على اقتراح الحلول المناسبة للتغلب على العقبات التي تواجه تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الكليات والدوائر الإدارية في الجامعة
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the total quality standards in Kuwait University from the point of view of the faculty members working in it.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a study tool to collect data and analyze it in order to identify the reality of the application of total quality standards in Kuwait University from the perspective of the faculty members working in it.
The study instrument consisted of (81) items distributed over eight domains of the TQM standards.
The validity and reliability of the study was verified by a group of arbitrators.
The study sample consisted of 215 faculty members.
The researcher reached a number of results, most notably: The general level of perceptions of the study sample towards the reality of the application of total quality standards in Kuwait University has come at a medium level.
The results also showed a statistically significant difference between the average perceptions of the study sample of the faculty members towards the overall level of the reality of the application of total quality standards in the dimensions as a whole, according to gender variable and practical experience and scientific specialization.
The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Encouraging the university staff to present new ideas to support the basics of the application of total quality management, and encourage them to propose appropriate solutions to overcome the obstacles facing the application of total quality management in the faculties and administrative departments in the university.
