Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية و إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية لدى مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، و التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجة ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية و درجة ممارسة إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية لدى مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة على ضوء متغيرات الدراسة، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من جزأين، تضمن الجزء الأول فقرات قياس المجالات المتعلقة بمتغير الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، وتضمن الجزء الثاني فقرات قياس المجالات المتعلقة بمتغير إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية لدى مديري المناطق التعليمية وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (320) من العاملين في المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت.

توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت يمارسون الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بدرجة متوسطة، و يمارسون إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بدرجة مرتفعة، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية.

و استنادا الى هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة والاستفادة من المزايا التي توفرها هذه التقنيات لمديريات التعليم في دولة الكويت والتركيز على السياسات الإدارية التي يمكن ان تعزز من جودة التعليم، و العمل على ايجاد الأعمال الإبداعية لدى مديري المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت و تطويرها والاستفادة من الإمكانات المادية التي توفرها وزارة التربية في الكويت.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of exercise of strategic fitness and re-engineering the administrative processes of the managers of the educational areas in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of employees, and to identify the correlation between the degree of exercise fitness strategic and the degree of practice re-engineering of administrative processes of the directors of educational areas in the State of Kuwait, The researcher used a descriptive and correlation research methodology, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed in the light of the study variables.

The questionnaire consisted of two parts.

The first part included the measurement of the field Concerning strategic variable fitness, The second part included the paragraphs measuring areas related to variable administrative processes re-engineering of the educational area managers have been confirmed validity and reliability, and the study sample consisted of 320 workers in the school districts in the State of Kuwait.

The study found that school districts in the State of Kuwait managers engaged in strategic agility moderately, and re-engineering of administrative processes to a high degree.

A statistically significant positive correlation was found between the degree of exercise of strategic fitness and the reengineering of administrative processes.

Based on these results, the study recommended the need to use modern technologies and take advantage of the advantages provided by these technologies to the education directorates in the State of Kuwait and to focus on administrative policies that can enhance the quality of education and work to find creative work by the directors of educational areas in the State of Kuwait and the material resources provided by the Ministry of Education in Kuwait.
