يندرج هذا البحث ضمن الدراسات التاريخية ذات البعد الاقتصادي، فهو يعالج جزئية هامة من تاريخ الدولة الرستمية، تتعلق بسياستها المالية كنموذج من نماذج الاقتصاد الاسلامي، و علاقتها بتحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي الذي ضمن لها التطور و الازدهار في فترة وجيزة ذكرتها المصادر التي أرخت لهذه الدولة بكثير من الدهشة و الانبهار
Abstract EN
This research is related within the historical studies with an economic dimension.
It deals with an important part of the Rostomid State History, related to its financial policy as a model of Islamic Economics, and its relationship to achieve economic security, which guaranteed its development and prosperity on a short period of time.
This fact mentioned by the sources that left this country with a lot of astonishment ans dazzle.
