I have chosen for this subject, two models of the Fatwa of the honor of descent on the mother's side, for two great scholars, the imam mouhammed al marrekchi al akmah(739h- 807h) and mouhammed ibn marzouq alhafid al talimsani (766h-842h) Each of them in the fatwa on this debacle, fought every style, method and fatwa.
