In view of the diversity and multitude of means of communication and their various uses, and in view of the growing number of Internet users which is beyond imagination and in the midst of the gigantic and innovative progress of the communication networks which have facilitated communication thanks to the high speed of navigation, reading and downloading, it is very important to know the dark side As we have known its bright side, and the dangers that result especially in the most vulnerable category that is that of children.

Through our intervention, we will expose the importance of the childhood period and the danger of the crime of information about the child and the use of the internet in a rational way under responsibility of the family and social institutions.
