Abstract EN

The emergence of the web has been facilitated the access to the electronic information services fastly and effectively, which provided by the national archives to the users, as it contributed to the valorization and development of the relationship between the archivists and the users by providing many tools of communication.

Therefore, this study discusses the electronic information services through the Arab National Archives websites as an evaluation study, and by monitoring the reality of these services and the extent of their presence and effectiveness, and the method was based on four sites as a sample for the study to conducted, which are the archives of morocco, Tunisia, united Arabic emirates and Saudi Arabia, the results obtained from this study showed that the evaluated websites has different deficiency regarding information services.

But despite this, there are among them that take steps to provide electronic information services through their websites.
