With the appearance of the Corona Virus (COVID-19), the medicine producers raced to produce a medicine and vaccines that prevent and heal patients infected with this virus.

this racing has raised many controversial legal issues of medical experiments and regulations until the institutions, agencies and ministries approve the production and distribution of the medicine, especially when the duration of experiments did not take an adequate time according to the international standards.

this gives inquiries about the effectiveness and hazards of such vaccinations, especially on the long run.

to answer these questions, this research studies the legality of medical experiments conducted on sick and healthy people, and the conditions that must be met to be legitimate.

in addition, it examines the liability of companies who manufacture these medicines and vaccines in case of caused harm to healthy and sick people.
