The Algerian market, like many countries, is a promising market because of the advantages and auxiliary factors it contains, Algeria having resorted to bank insurance through the promulgation of laws and legislations governing these transactions, and many partnership agreements have been concluded between the banking sector and insurance institutions, with the aim of improving and developing the financial services provided by banks.

however, according to the case study of CAARAMA insurance and CPA, despite all the efforts made in this context, bank insurance is still far from saturation levels in Algeria for several considerations, the absence of a culture of insurance and culture of savings for Algerian consumers because of low income prevented the development of insurance bank.
