The study aims to identify the relationship between the neurotic trait and maladaptive driving styles through the application of two scales: a multi-dimensional scale of driving styles MDSI and the neuroticism factor of the five factors the personality scale on a sample of 80 drivers.

The results of the study showed: There is a relationship between neuroticism and its sub-traits with Reckless and reckless style driving, there is a relationship between neuroticism and its sub-traits in the anxious style driving, and there is a relationship between neuroticism and its sub-traits in the angry and hostile style driving.
