Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the nature of the correlative relationships between the professional relationships of Islamic education teachers (the relationship of cooperation between teachers, the relationship of the teacher with the school leader, the relationship of the teacher with the students) and their flow experience, it also aimed to examine the predictive ability of any of these relationships with their flow experience.

the researcher adopted a number of measures, including the measure of cooperation between teachers, the scale of the relationship between the teacher and the school leader, the measure of the teacher's relationship with students, and the flow scale.

as for the basic study sample, it consisted of (312) teachers specializing in Islamic education in the three educational stages, (2111) intermediate school students.

the results indicated that there were a positive and significant correlation between teacher’s cooperation and the teaching flow.

it also found that there are a positive and significant correlation between the teacher- school leader relationship and the teaching flow.

it found that there is no positive and significant correlation between the teacher- student relationship and the teaching flow on the other hand.

finally, the teacher-school leader relationship was the only predictive factor by flow experience.
