This research paper aims to highlight the links between the concept of creativity and innovation as one of the ways in which the organization gains a competitive advantage and the concept of social responsibility that expresses the organization's contribution to achieving sustainable development.

Organization that are unable to generate creative and innovative solution to address the pressures and problems they face you will eventually be in danger of extinction and and annihilation.

And since this study comes at the time when the Covid-19 pandemic is still rampant, we offered to clarify the Algerian experience in facing the pandemic through the initiatives that some of its institutions have pursued in the framwork of their realization of their social responsibility to mitigate the effects of the crisis.
