Abstract EN

This research paper came with the aim of searching for the sociology of the feminist conflict in the school community, as the nature of this conflict stems from the structures that form the organizations and the nature of social systems and systems within them, in addition to the role of feminist social actors in its formation.

Finally, this study concludes that the working woman in the school environment seeks to equate the relationship between the idea of conflict and the change in the system itself.

By trying to impose its will on the exploited sites, whether by pressure, domination or threat, and resisting others through the legal system at times and semi-legal standards - customs - at other times, in addition to seeking positions of functional control, and its struggle over its eligibility to do so.
