The research aims to study how to understand the protective psychological rules in managing crises according to the Sunnah and explain them, as the prophet wanted, and it is the inspiration of god almighty.

the successful nation is the nation that adheres to the Sunnah that set these rules for it, to avoid falling into unfortunate crises.

as for the research method, it is summarized in following the inductive analytical approach, and the research consisted of a foreword, a preface, nine investigations, a conclusion, recommendations, and an index of sources and references, and these rules appeared in eighteen rules as follows: strengthening faith in fate and destiny, accepting of calamities, urging optimism, warning against pessimism, urging good thinking about god almighty, hope, and urging reliance on god almighty, and trust in his victory, commanding strength, determination, asking assistance of patience, urging courage, asking assistance of prayer, Istikhara (asking Allah, the almighty, for guidance), urging repetition of mentioning Allah, and supplicating to Allah , and the unity, and the choice of alternatives, and we recommend spreading awareness with these rules through cooperation between universities, and the realistic practical practice of them by scientists, students, and advocates, allowing people to see the righteous example that they desperately need.
