Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the coping strategies of primary school teachers and the supervision of the compliance to the safety protocol procedures in the schools of the city of Guelma.

the descriptive approach was adopted, and the study sample consisted of 170 (males and females) who were selected in a Randomway.

the Endler & Parker's coping inventory for stressful situations (CISS) (adapte to the Algerian environment) was used in this study.

after the statistical analysis, the results of the study concluded that there is no relationship between the coping strategies and the supervision of primary school teachers on the compliance to the health protocol.

they often use the task-oriented strategy to adapt to stressful situations.

however, they seldom use the strategies of emotion and avoidance.

there are some statistically significant differences in their use of the coping strategies according to the variables of gender and social status.
