تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الارتياح النفسي لدى عمال الشبه طبي بالجنوب الجزائري، وكذا التعرف على عوامل الخلفية الفردية المؤثرة على الارتياح النفسي، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك، قام الباحثان باستخدام مقياس مؤشر الارتياح النفسي الشخصي، ومقياس الانفعالات الإيجابية والسلبية.
تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من 54 عامل، باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
وقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: عدم وجود فروق من حيث الارتياح النفسي تعزى للعاملين التاليين: الجنس، الحالة العائلية والرتبة المهنية، ووجود فروق من حيث الارتياح النفسي تعزى لعامل: سنوات الأقدمية.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study was to reveal the reality of psychological well- being among paramedical personnel in southern Algeria, and to attempt to identify the individual contextual factors affecting psychological well-being.
to achieve this, we used an individual psychological well-being index (PWI) scale, and the positive affect and negative affect schedule (PANAS).
they were applied on a sample of 54 paramedical personnel using the descriptive analytical approach.
the study yielded a set of results, including: the absence of statistically significant differences in terms of psychological satisfaction due to the following variables: sex, family status, professional rank, and found statistically significant differences because of the following variables: seniority, and interest in the service.
the study concluded with a set of scientific and practical suggestions and recommendations.
