Bullying is a general phenomenon practiced by individuals in multiple varied ways.

It exists with human race in different forms and with variant degrees.

It appears, when the appropriate conditions are available.

There are many schools and theories explaining this phenomenon.

They focus on interpreting the factors behind it.

So, they give various interpretations, according to their specialties and concepts.

Accordingly, this research paper has come to analyze and diagnose the conceptual and theoretical heritage dealing with this phenomenon, in order to attain a comprehensive integrative theory for this new phenomenon.

It has recently imposed itself more than ever, as a result of its widespread among individuals and societies including the Arab community and its serious effects.
