Abstract EN

This scientific research paper sheds light on the process of formative process for the users of the departments on the faculty of social sciences and the faculty of human sciences at the university of Algiers 2, where, we had to stop at the importance of this process to users and the need to program it and inform about it from time to time, in conjunction with the needs of the position busy-, in order to collect quantitative and qualitative for 103 users with these two faculties we relied on the descriptive approach and the tools we used to collect data include observation, free interview, and a questionnaire, and we have concluded that the formative process is one of the necessary activities that contribute to achieving continuous career growth on the one hand, and a tool for improving work and increasing profitability one the other hand.
