Abstract EN

The objective of the study is to determine the level of psychological stress among primary school teachers in Ghardaia state and to know the degree of the psychological stress and to know the differences in the level of psychological stress in variables (gender, experience) to achieve the objectives of the study we used descriptive approach, and we relied on the psychological stress questionnaire.

on a sample, it was estimated at 62 male and female teachers for the season 2019 / 2020 we achive the result ;teachers are aware of a low level of psychological stress.

the order of psychological stress symptoms among the sample members is as follows: psychological symptoms, then psychosomatic symptoms, then behavioral symptoms, and finally cognitive symptoms.

there are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress due to the gender variable.
