compared to methods and educational aids the traditional followed in education, and one of the advantages of using technology outputs in the educational environment is its ability to present the educational material in an organized manner and in a gradient commensurate with the abilities of the students, so that they are able to repeat the content over and over again so that they can have a good understanding and information acquisition and thus fully surround the material.

from this standpoint and in this research, we decided to answer the question that says: how can media and communication technology be employed to teach and learn the Arabic language?
