This research included: an introduction, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion, and the list of the used resources and references.

The research concluded with findings and recommendations, including: Islam is the religion of the system, there is no religion that cares about the system and urges it like Islam, the jurisprudence of priorities; gives the preacher insight into his preaching, success in his actions, preserves his time and power, coordination between preachers to God is necessary for the preaching success, the preacher must be an ideal in respecting the system and its application in various different fields and at both private and public levels.
