and, given that the poetic image is one of the tools of poetic formation in which the poet pleads with imagination to express his vision of life and his feelings, pain and human emotions, I dealt with this topic to monitor the similarities and differences between two poets from two different environments: “Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi,” the Arab-Tunisian poet, how did he portray that in his hair? and what is the role of imagination in drawing these pictures? in comparison with the pioneer of the English romantic school “shelly”, what are the similarities and differences between the two poets in two examples of two poems each, as follows: (will of life) for Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi, and (song to the west wind) by Percy Shelly.
