This study aims to know the important changes taking place in the social structure of the Algerian family in the poste-terror phase, and the impact of this change on the emergence of domestic violence.

the work was completed on three families who were forcibly moved from their areas of origin to the capital due to terrorism, and we used the qualitative descriptive approach.

the study concluded that there is a social change in form and content, and the content of her life has changed to become more individual and liberating, and it has been found that there are types of physical, verbal and even physical violence among its members.
