This study aimed to measure the impact of protecting intellectual property rights on attracting foreign direct investment in North African countries for the period from 1995-2018, using Panell static models, where we relied on a set of tests, including the (hosman) test, and accordingly we reached The best model is the fixed effects model, and in order to get rid of the standard problems in the fixed effects model, we used the (pcse) method.
