Abstract EN

The revolution of 1871 was one of the most violent uprisings in the 19th century in Kabylia region .hence , it restored the spirit of resistance in the Algerian people.

under the leadership of Sheikh al-Haddad, al Zawiya al Rahmaniya had a strong impetus which reoriented the revolution from its aristocratic nature to the popular one .

on the basis of the importance of the topic and its role in enhancing the historical research.

it is apparent for historians the paramount importance of Rahmanyya's order during the 1871's uprising in the Kabylia region, in which its sons ignited this latter.

in fact, the initial problematic of this research is to figure out the features of Rahmaniya order support to the 1871's uprising? and what role did the it play in this uprising in the kabylia region? our findings determines that the Rahmaniya 's followers had crucial role in the rise and continuity of the uprising of 1871 in the Kabylia region under its political leader el Hadj Mohamed El Mokrani .

as a matter of fact this revolution would neither spread nor join thousands of soldiers without the support of Alrahmaniya brothers.
