Abstract EN

The current study aims at exploring the relationship between resiliency and emotional stability among a sample of National Tawafa Establishment’s Mutawwifin on the Hajj during the covid-19 pandemic.

the Sample of the study consists of 247 Mutawwifin.

the descriptive research method is employed, both comparative and correlational.

the following measurements were used : resiliency scale by Ashur 2017 and emotional stability scale by Ashur 2017.

the results of the study showed a significant correlational relationship between resiliency and emotional stability among the sample of the study, and it also showed a high level of resiliency and emotional stability among them.

the results also showed a significant difference in resiliency according to the gender, age, years of experience and monthly income, while there was no significant difference in emotional stability according to the gender, social status, age, years of experience, academic degree and monthly income.

in the light of these findings, the researcher recommends that resiliency and emotional stability should be given more attention and scaled up by decision makers at the ministry of hajj and the governing bodies of the national Tawafa establishment who support Mutawwifin.
