Abstract EN

The research dealt with study and investigation of a period of hadith's dictation, by Abi al-Hassan al-Qazwin.

It included an introduction, a preface, two sections, and a conclusion.

the introduction included: explaining the status of the sunnah, and what followed that of the appearance of various hadith compilations, importance of the topic, and reasons for choosing it, research plan, and methodology.

in the preface, “al-Amali” books definition was mentioned.

The first section came in two chapters : the first is translating al-Qazwini.

in the second chapter: description of the written transcript, and the investigation method.

as for the second section, it contains the verified text.

the researcher relied on the known methodology of serving the text by explaining the stranger, and stating what is in the copy from obscuring or illegible words, trying to clarify the correctness with evidence, and to produce the hadiths according to the known method to specialists.

the research reached results, including: the status of al-Qazwini, his adoption of a disciplined approach in all of his period, and more than half of the period's hadiths are in the degree of acceptance.

the researcher recommends Takhreej the books of the imams of hadith, and studying the remains of al-Qazwini.
