Abstract EN

The research aims at shedding light on the Algerian code of family which remains an important subject that needs to be deeply treated.

hence, this research aims at detecting some of the objectives of marriage according to some juridic texts relative to its formation and effects.

we came to conclude that the aims of marriage have not been limited at the likely the article n°4 but only mentioned as an example.

the fact of analysing the other juridic texts would help us detect those wanted objectives of the marriage.

this is the work on which our study is based.
